Zendure USA Inc., based in East Palo Alto, California, launched its inaugural product line, the A-Series Portable Charger, on the crowdfunding site Kickstarter today. The backup smartphone batteries come in a variety of sizes and feature top-quality engineering and charge-through capability.

Zendure founders Bryan Liu and Tom Haflinger introduced the Zendure A-Series and ran over one of the batteries with a car to demonstrate its durability in their promotional video.

The company hopes to raise at least $30,000 USD by October 9th to fund their initial production run. International shipping will be available to backers outside the US.
